General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 656bd ("656bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://656bd.club. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 656bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

All monetary values displayed on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Accounts

To register and maintain an account on the 656bd platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 656bd strictly prohibits underage gambling and will carry out age verification checks on any account prior to processing withdrawal requests. 18+ only.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 656bd or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any misrepresentation of identity, age, or contact details is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 656bd platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure, and balances therein may be voided without notice.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or personal self-exclusion agreement in force at the time of registration or continued use.

Each player is permitted to register exactly one account. 656bd employs automated duplicate-detection systems that cross-reference registration data including mobile number, national ID, payment method details (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank account), IP address, and device fingerprint. Detection of a duplicate account will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

656bd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

All deposits are credited to your 656bd account balance in BDT at the time of successful payment confirmation. 656bd does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfers and card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by your bank or card issuer — 656bd is not responsible for third-party charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account (the "source of funds" principle). 656bd may, at its discretion, request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on a given day will generally be processed within the timeframes set out in the table above. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST may be queued for processing at the start of the following business day.

• 656bd reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional account verification is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to and be registered in the name of the 656bd account holder.
• In the event that a deposit is made but not reflected in the account balance within 30 minutes, the player should contact support at [email protected] with proof of transaction before raising a dispute with their payment provider.
• 656bd does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

Bonuses & Promotions

656bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all 656bd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only. 656bd reserves the right to verify age before crediting any bonus.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value).
• Unless specifically stated, bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.

User Obligations

As a registered user of the 656bd platform, you agree at all times to the following obligations:

1. You will use the 656bd platform for personal recreational purposes only. Commercial use, resale of services, or automated access via bots, scripts, or data-scraping tools is strictly prohibited.
2. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 656bd platform, server infrastructure, database, or another user's account.
3. You will not use the 656bd platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. 656bd complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. You will not make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about 656bd, its staff, its games, or other users on any public platform, social media channel, or in any communication.

Exploiting a known technical error to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any gains derived from the error.

Any behaviour that 656bd determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, to be abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure, with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the conduct.

Game Rules & Betting

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating. The following general rules apply across all 656bd game verticals:

All game results, transaction records, and account activity are logged on 656bd's servers. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, the server log constitutes the definitive record. 656bd's decisions regarding disputes are final and binding. Account Suspension & Closure

656bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has attempted to circumvent age verification controls.
• The account holder has opened more than one account on the 656bd platform.
• The account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• The account holder has breached any clause of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the bonus abuse provisions in Section 4 and the user obligations in Section 5.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion agreement that was in force at the time of registration or continued use.
• 656bd is required to close the account by a lawful instruction from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or underage gambling, 656bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and/or to satisfy any monetary claim arising from the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach by the account holder (for example, a voluntary self-exclusion or a change in 656bd's operational scope), any available real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any amounts owed to 656bd.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the 656bd support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the minimum period specified by the player (minimum 30 days; permanent closure is also available).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 656bd, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and data providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the 656bd platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the 656bd platform, whether resulting from the outcome of games, sports events, or the exercise of player judgment.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if 656bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Delays, errors, or interruptions in service caused by factors outside 656bd's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, mobile network outages, force majeure events, natural disasters, civil unrest, or actions of third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any content, products, or services provided by third-party game studios whose titles are hosted on the 656bd platform.

The 656bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 656bd makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to users in advance where operationally feasible.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 656bd operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 656bd shall be referred to binding arbitration before an agreed neutral arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of the 656bd platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation against 656bd to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. 656bd operates with a commitment to transparency, fair dealing, and the highest practicable standard of player protection consistent with its operational model.
